EavSetupFactory doesn’t exist?

Trying to add a attribute to categories. Setting up install script following this guide: https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/ui_comp_guide/howto/add_category_attribute.html and https://www.mageplaza.com/devdocs/magento-2-category-attributes-programmatically/ Anyways EavSetupFactory can’t be found.
