I know that concentrations of pure solids and liquids must be ignored in equilibrium constant expression ,as they are constant, but in the following ester reaction ,they are taking the concentrations of compounds even though they are in liquid (l) state ( not (aq) ): CH₃COOH(l) + C₂H₅OH (l) ⇌ CH3COOC2H5(l) + H2O (l)
