Using local var in systemd?

How would I declare a local var and use it in a systemd unit file? for example: Process_name=critical Bundle=/usr/local/bin/bundle ExecStart=$Bundle exec sidekiq –pidfile /var/www/myapp/shared/tmp/pids/sidekiq_$Process_name.pid so, here I am using two variables, Bundle and Process_name, is the way they are used above correct? is there a recommended way to use local vars in systemd?
