How do I remove elements from array

I’m using StopWordsRemover to delete 0 in data_new[items], but it didn’t work. I haven’t checked out the error. RuleCategory has many Rules. I want to list the RuleCategories by how many rules they have. I am using Rails 5.2.1, but when I do a group by and try to order by count(*), I get an error message because I am using raw SQL.
