How can I create a command alias, and make it the only one that will always be executed as root, and without the password prompt?

I know how to create alias, and all of my attempts to use the NOPASSWD tag on the sudoers file, despite how I mounted it, either made me able to run EVERYTHING without the password prompt (even thought I got the “run only this specific script as root” part right, somehow…), or… just not have…
