How to calculate multiple floating point column sum

I have a scenario where I want to calculate the sum of multiple columns containing floating point data. My below code works perfect with integer values but, not with floating paint values. SQL Server DateTimeOffset changes the offset of a tz aware datetime to the system offset when using pyodbc

I have a problem uploading a timezone aware datetime from python to the SQL server datatype datetimeoffset.
