Error executing Symfony command if vendor directory is out of webapp

Magento 2 – What is the role of the “label” attribute in a layout?

I wonder about the usage of the label attribute? e.g. <container name=”header-row-col-a” label=”Header Bootstrap Col-A” htmlTag=”div” htmlClass=”col-2″/> From the documentation: label: An arbitrary name to display in the web browser. However, if I inspect the source code even with template hints turned on, then the label is nowhere to find.
