How to read the primary energy demand table from eco-profiles?

How to read the primary energy demand table form eco-profiles of plastic?
I have the following table of primary energy demand of Polypropylene (PP):
enter image description here

If I am correct the primary energy demand is the system input of the manufacturing process.

So what is the energy content? According to the pdf file which contain this data, it is the system output. But isnt primary energy demand the input and energy content is categorised under it? and now it is the output? Energy content is the enery input and output?

Also what is the process energy? Energy for use for the manufacturing production of PP? Thanks

Note the pdf file is available for download at
