How to create a virtual network adapter on Windows Server 2019?

How can I create a virtual network adapter with DHCP on WinServer 2019? I already have one network adapter (not virtual) with DHCP-on, so I want a second NIC with different ip-address.

I tried to create loopback adapter with Windows device manager, but loopback is not what I need, it’ obviously can’t get ip from DHCP server. Also I tried to create virtual NIC with legacy hardware into device manager, but every time I got a different errors – not sure Server 2019 still supports this hw.
