I feel embarrased that I have not gotten a reply. It is a small office. Naturally calling in an angry fashion and saying “did you get my email” is not proper etiquette but what is proper etiquette in a case like this? I only had one question so thought email was fine.( I noted in the email that I had graduated from there and if she only serves active students and not graduates to just let me know and I would fully understand.)
