Unable to upload Fortify results to SSC server using the IntelliJ plugin

I have the Fortify Analysis plugin v19.1.2.0007 installed in IntelliJ. GStreamer plugins ‘interpipe’ (Ridgerun) and intervideo do not handle RGB format

I am trying to use RidgeRun’s Interpipe plugin. When the input video is I420, it works fine, but negotiation fails with RGB video.
