How to make codable class to decode json array which doesn’t have a key/name?

We started using jfrog artifactory, and part of my tasks is taking a YAML file which contains domain descriptor, and convert it to JSON file with AQL (artifactory-query-lang) syntax. is there a tool/guideline on how to do it?
