Convert YAML to JSON file with AQL syntax

We started using jfrog artifactory, and part of my tasks is taking a YAML file which contains domain descriptor, and convert it to JSON file with AQL (artifactory-query-lang) syntax. is there a tool/guideline on how to do it? When loop throgh HtmlTableElement and converting to json it convert only first table json object.but not socond object
