Any microbiologists or parasitologists recognize this? It’s from my pet lizard and the vet’s never seen it before.
General WHO recommendation says that handwash should last for 20 seconds or more. Why not 15, why not 30? What could be the biological relevance of the recommended time period?
“Evolution works like a tinkerer, not an engineer”: Evolution is defined as change in the heritable characteristics of biological populations over successive generations. This means that it is not the formation of any organism from scratch but rather the changes we see over generations. What else can we say to justify and rationalize this statement?
I tried googling and researching about it but I’m kind of lost as to what “Biological Basis” actually means. I found a lot of definitions but none of them actually made sense to me. I can’t seem to understand what that actually is.
however it turned out to be more terrible and more regrettable. Around then I figured I should need to take a gander at the issue. I completely looked out the enhancement to battle untimely discharge. In the wake of experiencing all the surveys I went over virmaxryn. I began utilizing it. It truly helped me […]
I’m currently doing a research project wherein I will be testing the antibiotic resistance of a bacterial sample. Due to a risk of contamination during transport, I’m not allowed to request a uniform bacterial sample form a clinical laboratory. So, I have to produce my own sample. Then, I’m planning to identify the morphology of […]
I know frogs start croaking at same time to attract a female, but why do they all stop at the same time?
According to the Second Law of Thermodynamics (also known as the laws of conversation of energy and mass), anything is an isolated system cannot increase in complexity. For example, a wearing suit will eventually decompose. Now we know the sun (and Earth mantle) is pumping energy into the system so the earth is not a […]
I learned through research that increasing levels of atmospheric CO2 was increasing the acidity level of ocean waters. I then was looking into how this was affecting the phytoplankton and read that warmer water was actually decreasing the amount of CO2 in the water for the phytoplankton to use. I am now confused as to […]
3D FSC curves are used to show directional isotropy and global resolutions in cryo-EM maps. I am having a difficulty to understand the graphs since I do not have absolute clear idea about 3D FSC and sphericity in cryo-EM reconstruction. Attaching with this the DOI to the paper I am trying to understand. doi:10.1038/nmeth.4347, nature […]
