I’ve tried cooking eggs and stuff for breakfast, but I just don’t have the time, and it’s super frustrating coming home to all the dirty dishes! Any recommendations would be great. I’m not a picky eater 🙂
There are people I know, who don’t eat healthy or exercise and they are in decent shape. They don’t go hog wild, but they each regular foods and carbs and don’t go work out and they are thin. How is this?
I’m 13 and i tried to lift 8 pounds weights quickly. I did 20 lifts and then my right testicle hurt badly when i touched it. Is this something to worry about

I am already lean (8% body fat) and weight train regularly; I want to build muscle (I only weigh 150 pounds at 5’11”). 1 gram protein per pound would be 150g. 25% of my 3600 Cal. would be 225g. Which should I go by?

I was thinking about changing my diet to eating purely meat and fruits, cut out soda and alcohol for water, milk, or juices like oj. Will this be totally fine or would I have some kind of deficiency or side effect? From what I see, the meat provides protein and the fruits provide other vitamins…
