If I don’t eat late the night before I’ll wake up with a flat stomach but other than that it seems that if I eat something small I instantly become bloated. Could it be fecal build up?
Do the donkey kicks and fire hydrant work outs grow your bum? Obviously if you are eating looks of protein etc. I heard they lift and tone but what else do they do if anything? Will it give me a bubble butt/more fuller and rounder look?
How long are their workouts? One hour? Three hours? Do they do boot camp training every day or is there a rest day in between? Also, what do they eat after or before workouts? If someone pulls a muscle do they still have to workout or do they wait until it heals? Trying to understand…

So I have flushed cheeks all the time, but at times, like right now, it gets really intense and REALLY warm, to the point I’m hot outside even though it’s in the negatives. Does anyone have any recommendations on a way to combat it? Any and all help would be incredibly appreciated, thank you.
