also when you try to cut thighs for a stir fry or chicken nuggets or something they dont cut evenly/uniform, white meat looks better in pictures and is more uniform White meat is truly a beautiful looking type of meat

I was making bourbon chicken in my crockpot had the chicken breasts cut and cubed up on high for 3 hours why was it dry?? i seasoned the meat with meat tenderizer onion powder and pepper
