Desktop thumbnails stretched too wide

Please see the following image of my desktop icons to demonstrate my problem. You can see that the media thumbnail icons are too wide and stretched. I’m running 20.04 daily so I’m not sure if this is due to that, or if its similar on 19.10. I’m wondering if there’s a setting somewhere.
